During the all-too-short summer in Canada, we take every possible opportunity to eat outside.

Endless Summer hydrangea provided a graceful, soft background, which was echoed in the antique hand-painted Moser stemware accompanied by plain gold & white china and clear etched Depression stemware.

The star edged dessert plates are antique Spode. The dinner and side plates are modern Royal Doulton, Royal Gold and Oxford Gold, respectively. The wine glasses are Diane by Cambridge.

We started the meal with Arugula with Red Anjou Pears, Stilton & Toasted Pecans and enjoyed a main course of pork tenderloin and grilled sweet potatoes on the barbecue. Quick and delicious.
