Hi there! It’s Maxcera Bunny speaking. Is it time? Can we come out yet?
It’s still a bit chilly, but green shoots are popping up, and I’m hopping to go. I see a basket of flowers to nibble on, and hey – what are these things?
Little cabbages!
Let me hop closer…
What are these called again? Asparagus?
And peas!! Yum. I love peas.
It’s a beautiful day. A bit chilly, but I’ve got my fur. To keep me warm.
And my friends to visit with! We’re just hanging out on the green leafy tablecloth and enjoying the day.
We each have a few flowers nearby to look at.
Water glasses in case we need a drink.
And napkins to make ourselves tidy. And more big leaves to eat.
Please come and join us!
Hooray, hooray! Spring is on its way.
Hope these rabbits stay on your plates and not in our flower beds. Very cute. Looking forward to spring
Haha! Aren’t they cute little bunnies? The illustrations are nicely done.
Those salt & pepper shakers are gorgeous! I spent some time searching for the green ones you used on the beautiful “English Garden” table setting, but I did not find it, only “lookalikes”. Could you tell us the name/source of the cabbage and the asparagus S&P’s? They just look like spring!
Hi Elena,
I believe they are Kaldun & Bogle. I used them in another table featuring French Rabbits by Choisy le Roi.
I see there is a set on sale at http://www.theteapotshoppe.com
The asparagus salt & pepper is Tuscan Market, also by Kaldun & Bogle. I used it https://entertablement.mystagingwebsite.com/2018/03/williams-sonoma-asparagus-plates/
I see there is one pair for sale on eBay and a bunch of listings for the asparagus box and a teapot in the same pattern.
Good luck!
Cabbage S & P are the ultimate Easter table touches!!!
Green being my favorite color I especially like this Easter bunny china pattern. It’s fab.
Easter brunch was a big gathering here year after year. WI is getting such lovely sun and early warm weather this year. I might even set table out on back deck. Cross your fingers for me!
Who can resist cabbages? Mary, over at Home is Where the Boat is, does a lovely job using real cabbages for a vase. Just beautiful!
That pattern comes in both a lovely French blue and soft sage green. It was only around for a short period, but you can snag plates on eBay once in a while.
