Kedleston Hall is breathtaking. We saw it all decked out for the season during a trip to England to see the Christmas Markets in 2018; not only is the house itself lovely, but the occupants have a fascinating history. What a cast of characters!
Now, on to the food. Some of you asked for more vegetarian options, so we’ve included a White Bean Ragu served over spaghetti squash. It’s quick to prepare and flavourful.
While we love the Roasted Vegetable and Prosciutto tart just as it is, you can also leave out the prosciutto for a vegetarian option.
Of course, no holiday publication is complete without a showstopper dessert: Pear and Salted Caramel Tart.

Dear Helen, This will be something to look forward to in whiling away the lockdown we’re going home to. I do question the sanity of including vaxxed people, but we are compliant folks, and so are our neighbours. The veggie tart looks colourful and tasty and a good way for me to sneak butternut into the meal!
