Weekends in our house are an opportunity to indulge in a decadent breakfast, and this one is an all-time favourite. The foundation of vegetables eases the guilt of Hollandaise sauce and Hot Cross Buns.
The home fries reheat well, so don’t hesitate to double the recipe.
